On the facade, we can observe the 4 cameras, which make it possible to capture the environment and trace movements. They also serve as feedback in certain cases such as when the player must draw his playing area in his real environment.
The buttons and connections are not numerous, but largely sufficient. Thus we find on the left side a headphone jack, a USB C port to recharge the headset and to connect it to your computer. On the right side, an LED to inform the state of the headset (charging or on) and the button to turn it on and off.

In condition, once installed on the head and properly adjusted, both in terms of the space between the lenses on 3 levels and thanks to the two straps on the head in depth and around, the helmet holds up rather well.

You will first have to set up a play area or rather a “Guardian” limit by setting the limit on the ground and then around the player by making a path with an Oculus Touch controller around you. This zone will be saved for the next sessions, but it will of course be possible to modify it easily.

A “roomscale” limit allows you to enjoy non-stationary experiences where you will have to play standing up, moving around in the given space. On the contrary, the “stationary” limit is dedicated to games and experiments which can be performed on a chair or standing, but without moving, for example on a swivel chair. On the game sheet, the game mode is displayed “Sitting” “Standing” “Roomscale”. Think about it!
Another essential information that can be found on the game sheet is the comfort index! Rated on 4 points, “Comfortable”, “Moderate”, “Intense” or “No rating”. For example, we will find in the Intense category, experiences such as roller caster or The Climb, the climbing game we talked about previously while there will generally be “Moderate” on most games and for experiences. to watch or Tilt Brush the 3D drawing game the index “Comfortable”. For the little story…
A dishwasher that fits on a dish rack, the idea may seem too good, it is so obvious. The real challenge was to put it into practice, without conceding a black spot as to its use. Three strong arguments: “throw in the towel”, “consume less”, “use it everywhere”, brought the project to fruition. But not without a few twists and turns … It all started in 2016, in La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée, with engineer Damian Py and Antoine Fichet, marketing experts, aged 24 and 28 respectively. UNPACKING

Design and Ergonomics of Bob, the miniature dishwasher
Bob is either white or black, with a porthole door (12 possible colors) that lets in the light of purplish blue lighting. Three buttons, a display and the model name complete Bob’s one-eyed figure. Its compact size is as deep as it is tall, which still takes up a bit of space. But Bob is a character whose presence we like to notice. An opening is provided to accommodate the pop / rock cassette to release detergent and maintenance salt.

Installing your Bob mini-dishwasher

Rock n ‘roll tapes are only used once, for a complete cleanup of Bob. After four empty cassettes, you can return them free of charge to Daan Tech. However, this very well-oiled system has the disadvantage of being more expensive than the use of tablets (up to € 50 per year).
